Congratulations to our affiliated faculty Prof Erik Jeppesen who joined us with TUBİTAK 2232 International Leading Researchers Program and project "Climate change effects on trophic structure and dynamics in saline and brackish water based on a space-for-time field sampling, controlled mesocosm experiments, paleoecology, remote sensing and modelling (CLIM-SALTLAKES)" for winning the TUBA International Academy Award. TUBA award was dedicated to his works on freshwater ecosystems and their conservation. TUBA considered Prof. Erik Jepessen's research on the effects of global climate change on aquatic ecosystems as "ground-breaking". Please visit TUBA web page for award details.
